Beverly Ann Sanderson, age 71, of Cyrus, MN, died unexpectedly on Saturday, July 2, 2022. Services are pending.

Beverly Ann Sanderson, daughter of Harry Fry Hayes, Jr. and Virginia Lee (Cropp) Hayes, was born on November 4, 1950 in San Francisco, California. She was welcomed home by her brother, Ron, and three half-siblings, Dennis, James, and Diane, from her father’s previous marriage. Beverly grew up in San Francisco and continued to live in California while she was blessed with three daughters, Jamie, Jenell and Jeandrea. She later moved to Vacaville, California where she met Micheal Wayne Sanderson. The couple was married on May 9, 1992 and later moved to Minnesota. After Beverly and Micheal divorced, she moved to Arizona for a short time before moving back to Minnesota.

Although baptized in the Lutheran faith, Beverly became a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses several years before her death. Her hobbies included crossword puzzles, gardening and spending time with her children and all of her grandchildren. Beverly was known to be very happy-go-lucky and witty. Even in her 70’s she wouldn’t miss an opportunity to do her best dance moves with her grandkids. She was greatly loved by many friends and family. Whenever you were with her, it felt like home.

Beverly is survived by her three daughters, Jamie Fawver, Jenell Mosher, and Jeandrea (Corey) Hanson; her step-son, Cameron Sanderson; ten grandchildren/step-grandchildren, Amanda, Ariana, Datriana, Trevaughn, Xanarei, Dalen, Zavien, Tatum, Gaige, and Bradyn; four great-grandchildren Diego, Sophia, Jaxx and Ace; along with her four siblings, nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and great-grandson, Mateo.

Beverly will be remembered for her love of anything that was purple and singing to all of the children in the family, “I Love you a Bushel and a Peck”.

In lieu of cards or flowers the family is accepting donations to allow the family to place her remains near her parents in California. Donations may be mailed to: Jeandrea Hanson, PO Box 333, Park Rapids, MN 56470.
